Product Description
 
These 0.1 um resolution motorized translation stages are available in 13mm, 28mm and 80mm travel versions, with either metric or imperial mounting holes, and can be controlled manually or through the RS232 serial port.

The T-LS Series can be used in x-y or x-y-z configuration with our angle brackets
